I have been using Renae and the team at i-video for the last 6 months to shoot and produce 6 videos for us so far. Three of which were used to market our services and we have seen a big jump in the conversion rates and time visitors are spending on our website. One of the videos now ranks at the top of google for our primary key words, further increasing traffic to our website.
These videos have easily paid for themselves ten times over.
We have also started using video to market properties and while we can’t sell a property twice to really know the difference video makes, we can say that no property we have marketed with video has been on the market more than 3 weeks and each has been viewed by 150-300 people. On one occasion a buyer who worked away in the mines bought the property site unseen paying $30,000 over market value, which I don’t think could have been achieved without the transparency that only video can give.
